If you are studying in a higher education institution in Lublin which issues ESCs on which you can code Season E-Tickets for the public transport in Lublin, there are two ways to start using such tickets:

I. Via the Internet:

Submit the completed Application online. Once the Application is submitted, you will need to authorise it by clicking the link provided in the automatic reply email. An Application which has been sent, but not authorised, will be deleted 3 months after being sent, and deemed not submitted at all. After authorising your Application, please follow the steps listed in the e-mail you will receive. You will need to go in person within the specified deadline to Ticket Sales Point No. 1 at ul. Nałęczowska 14 to verify the information you have provided.

II. In person:

Fill in the Application and take it to the Ticket Sales Point (a link to the list of Ticket Sales Points – how to obtain an E-Ticket Card). When submitting the Application, you will need a valid ESC to verify and confirm the details provided in the Application.
Within 5 business days from submitting the Application, go again to the Ticket Sales Point to personalise your ESC.

REMEMBER!

·         AN APPLICATION WHICH HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED, OR HAS ERRORS, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS VALID FOR PERSONALISING YOUR ESC

·         A RECEIPT FROM THE CODING TERMINAL, OR AN ESC WHICH DOES NOT CONTAIN A CODED, VALID SEASON E-TICKET, DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO USE PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES COMMISSIONED BY ZTM IN LUBLIN. 

·         AN ESC DOES NOT ALLOW THE CODING OF TIME-LIMITED AND SINGLE-RIDE TICKETS.
