Any enquiries about invoices for tickets bought at the fixed ticket machines owned by MERA Systemy Sp. z o.o. should be sent to Mera-Serwis SGL Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. ul. Bałtycka 47; 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The nature of details to be included in the invoice requires them to be provided in writing, preferably by email (due to the time limit – 7 days from the transaction): faktury@mera.org.pl or by phone on (22) 100 63 68 (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.). Please provide complete information on the recipient of the invoice – name, address, NIP (Tax Identification Number); invoice delivery address; transaction identification details – date, number of the ticket machine, type/name of contract/ticket, the number of tickets, price; customer’s additional comments; phone/contact address.
