Director of the Public Transport Authority in Lublin
of 12 May 2017
on the amount of the additional and handling fee

Pursuant to § 7 section 1 and section 3 and § 5 section 14 of the Statute of the Public Transport Authority in Lublin (constituting an appendix to Resolution 496/XXVI/2008 of the Lublin City Council of 27 November 2008, as amended by Resolution 571/XXVII/2008 of 18 December 2008 and Resolution 54/VII/2011 of 24 February 2011 and Resolution 36/II/2014 of 23 December 2014) in connection with Article 33a sections 3 to 5 of the Act 15 November 1984 - Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 915, consolidated text, as amended) and § 2 and § 3 of Resolution No. 721/XXVIII/2017 of the Lublin City Council of 30 March 2017 on the method of determining the amount of additional fees and the handling fee for local collective public transport services ordered by the Public Transport Authority in Lublin (the Lubelskie Voivodeship Official Gazette of 28 April 2017, item 2074) and the Regulations on Transporting Passengers and Property on Local Public Transport Commissioned by the Public Transport Authority in Lublin, established by the Regulation No. 21/5/2017 of the Mayor of the City of Lublin dated 12 May 2017, I hereby order as follows.

§1

The additional fee shall be:

1. for a ride without an appropriate transport document – PLN 160.00;

a) if an additional fee is paid to the ticket inspector during the inspection – PLN 96.00;

b) if an additional fee is paid within 7 days from the date of issuing the Demand for payment – PLN 112.00;

2. for a ride without a valid document confirming entitlement to a free or discounted fare – PLN 128.00;

a) if an additional fee is paid to the ticket inspector during the inspection – PLN 76.80;

b) if an additional fee is paid within 7 days from the date of issuing the Demand for payment – PLN 89.60;

3. for causing causing the public transport vehicle to stop or change its route without due reason – PLN 480.00.

§2

1. The handling fee is PLN 10.00 – for activities related to the refund or redemption of the fare and additional fees made in the event that within 7 days from the date of travel the passenger presents to ZTM a valid personalised season ticket or a document entitling to a free or discounted fare, which he did not present to the inspector during the ride.

2. A model of the handling fee is set out in Attachment No. 1 to this Ordinance.

§3

Ordinance No. 47/2016 of the Director of the Public Transport Authority of Lublin of 1 February 2016 on the amount of the additional fee and the handling fee shall be repealed.

§4

I entrust the supervision over the execution of the Ordinance to the Deputy Director for Economic Affairs of ZTM in Lublin.

§5

The Order comes into force on 13 May 2017.
