Obtaining a card duplicate

An E-Ticket Card duplicate may be obtained if:

1. The Personalised Card was lost/stolen
2. The user's personal data recorded on the Card have been updated (change of name)
3. The user damaged the Card (breaking, bending)
4. A manufacturing defect has been discovered which makes it impossible to code or read the Ticket coded thereon
5. An E-Ticket Card was chosen in favour of the ESC/EPSC

The Card Duplicate is issued at a TSP of ZTM in Lublin (ul. Nałęczowska 14 and ul. Zielona 5, Monday - Friday 7: 15 a.m. – 4: 45 p.m), immediately after filling in the complaint form.

In the cases referred to in items 1, 2 and 3 for issuing a duplicate, a handling fee of PLN 10.00 shall be charged.

The handling fee is not charged in the event of:

1.    Discovering a manufacturing defect at a TSP of ZTM in Lublin, which makes it impossible to use the Card properly (item 4)
2.    Creating the first Electronic Ticket Card for persons who used the Electronic Student/PhD Student Card as a carrier of public transport tickets.
3.    Updating personal data which do not require the Card to be replaced (e.g. change of address)
